MEDIA ALERT: Egnyte Sponsors and Exhibits at DocuSign MOMENTUM EMEA 2014

Egnyte, the provider of the most comprehensive file-sharing platform for the enterprise, will be exhibiting at MOMENTUM EMEA 2014 in London on Wednesday, June 4, 2014. The company will be sponsoring a kiosk and meeting with attendees about Egnyte’s partnership and integration with DocuSign.

Egnyte and DocuSign have partnered together to provide an integration to streamline the e-signing, sharing and storing process. Contracts and documents that need to be signed are assigned in Egnyte and sent through DocuSign for e-signature. After the contract is signed and completed, it returns to the user’s Egnyte account with a status of “DocuSigned” and notes who signed it and when.
