Bay Area Developers: Don’t Miss the Next Kloud Kantina

Our partner Kloudless kicked of its Kloud Kantina series last week, and we’re excited to participate in these networking happy hour sessions so we can meet and network with local developers.

You might be thinking, “Kloud Kantina – that sounds fun!” These events were created as a place for developers of all levels to come together for a few hours after work to brainstorm on projects where they could use some help or feedback from peers and experts related to those projects. And, did I mention there is always FREE food and drinks - AND some cool swag?

The first session kicked off April 23 at Kloudless’ Berkeley headquarters, and developers who attended said it was a great opportunity to get assistance on their current projects and were excited to have these grass roots, community resources available. The next Kloud Kantina will be hosted at Egnyte’s new Mountain View headquarters from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, May 7, and will continue every other Wednesday around the Bay Area. Over time, we plan to host these sessions throughout the U.S. in select cities as a result of the popularity we’ve already seen close to home. Stay tuned for updates on where we’ll be next.As part of Egnyte’s ongoing commitment to building our App Developer ecosystem, we’re proud to sponsor the Kloud Kantina in order to provide outreach opportunities, expand awareness of Egnyte’s APIs, and foster innovation. Here are a few benefits developers who partner with Egnyte enjoy:

  1. Paying customer base of 40,000+ businesses
  2. Alliance/developer referral program
  3. Go-to-market & co-marketing opportunities
  4. APIs that are easy to leverage for simple integration

The Kloud Kantina events are popular and space is limited, so please sign up early! Be sure to also download or look at our API in advance!  And, if you’re on Twitter and are interested in spreading the word about this event, feel free to include the hashtag #kloudkantina in your tweets. See you Wednesday!
