Featured Platform Enhancements and Releases 

Egnyte Copilot – Knowledge Bases and Copilot Hub: Egnyte introduces Egnyte Copilot, an AI-powered conversational interface for creating and using Knowledge Bases within the Egnyte domain. Knowledge Base acts as a centralized repository where curated information, documents, and resources are stored for easy access, enabling users to make informed decisions. Egnyte Copilot for Mobile: Egnyte iOS App users can now access Egnyte Copilot to retrieve information from Knowledge Bases using natural language prompts on their mobile devices. They can also easily invoke and switch between Knowledge Bases. Learn more.  

eSignature Templates: Egnyte's eSignature templates streamline signature processes by allowing reusable pre-configured documents. Admins can create, edit, and delete templates, extending this functionality to power users and other roles. Learn more.  

Other Enhancements and Releases 

Chat History for Knowledge Bases: Egnyte Copilot now allows users to access and manage chat history from the past 180 days for easy prompt access and information retrieval. Users can rename or delete historical records as needed. Learn more. 

Egnyte Sign in the iOS and Android App: Egnyte iOS and Android app users can now electronically sign documents assigned directly through the Egnyte Sign app, streamlining document workflows on the go. Learn more – Egnyte Sign on Android  & iOS.   

File and Folder Shortcuts in the iOS App: iOS App Users can now create file and folder shortcuts directly in the mobile app. Once the shortcut is created, users can easily navigate to the file using the Mobile App, Desktop App, or WebUI. Learn more.  

Receive Files from External Users on Android: The Egnyte Android app now lets users create upload links. These links help external users upload files to a shared folder securely, enhancing external collaboration. Learn more. 

Enhanced Link Sharing with Email Auto Suggestions: The email recipient selection for sharing links now auto-suggests addresses, prioritizes relevance, and color-codes internal (blue) and external (gray) recipients, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in link sharing. Learn more.  

Create Documents Using Templates in Egnyte Drive: Users can now create Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents using templates by right clicking the context menu within Egnyte drive. Learn more.   

Files Limit for Restoring Content from Snapshot: Egnyte now supports up to 200K files per restoration job, ensuring smoother, more reliable restorations and reducing the risk of failures. Learn more.
