Picking Up the Pace with DocuSign at MOMENTUM London

DocuSign MOMENTUM is today in London! Egnyte is a sponsor of the event, and we’re looking forward to meeting with the attendees to learn first hand about their business needs and discuss the trends impacting their organizations.

This show is a great opportunity for DocuSign users to find new and innovative ways to enhance and streamline businesses processes. And, just like all those companies, Egnyte is no different. Not only do we offer an integration with DocuSign that our customers leverage as part of their regular workflows to streamline the e-signing, sharing and storing process, our own employees also use it on a regular basis. In other words, we drink our own champagne. The Egnyte-DocuSign solution is deployed across many different departments at Egnyte. Sales uses it to send contracts to customers, thus speeding up the sales cycle. Our HR team uses it when signing on new hires across the world to save paper and time. And our Business Development team uses it to send NDAs and other sensitive documents in order to make their contractual load simpler. How does the integrated feature work?  It’s simple; contracts and documents within Egnyte are ‘clicked’ aka chosen to be sent through DocuSign. Next, the contract opens within DocuSign, and you’re able to determine the blanks that need information or signatures. Then you simply indicate the recipients, and the contract is sent for e-signature. After the contract is signed and completed, it returns to your Egnyte account with a status of “DocuSigned” and notes who signed it and when. Viola! To learn more, check out our recent blog: “Lose the Paper; DocuSign It.”We encourage MOMENTUM attendees, partners and DocuSign employees to stop by our kiosk at the event today to learn more about Egnyte and see a live demo of the integration. See you there! Cheers!
