Egnyte to Highlight New Integrations Improving Project Workflows at Autodesk University 2024

MOUNTAIN VIEW, California, October 15, 2024 – Egnyte, a leader in cloud content security and governance will highlight enhancements to its firm-wide data management solutions including its advanced Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) at this year's Autodesk University conference. These new integrations are designed to improve efficiency, security, and collaboration for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals.

Egnyte will preview its advanced ACC integration enabling customers to selectively sync data from ACC into Egnyte, eliminating data silos and the need for cumbersome workarounds. The company will also highlight new data governance capabilities on ACC, extending its smart content governance solution to sensitive data stored on ACC. These features minimize the risk of wrongful data access and include the ability to identify sensitive content in ACC, provide a full content lifecycle view, and permissions auditing from Egnyte.

"Egnyte and Autodesk's integration has been a game changer for our team," said Brad Buckles, vice president of Technology and Innovation at Charles Perry Partners, Inc. "It saves our Project Managers time by eliminating the need to save documents in multiple locations. It also ensures we comply with our Record Retention Policy by preventing accidental deletions. These integrated solutions' reliability, security, and efficiency are invaluable to our operations."

Egnyte's steady stream of innovations, including its secure AI Copilot and enhanced integrations with critical industry technology, reflects the company's commitment to being a top technology provider. The company has grown its AEC customer base by over 350 new customers through Q3 2024.

"As a company, we strive to make workflows easier and make working out of the cloud an effective and safe solution for everyone," said Kevin Soohoo, AEC practice lead at Egnyte. "Customers in this industry need a reliable solution to access large files in the field and collaborate remotely throughout the project lifecycle on everything from design files to closeout. Our integrations with powerful tools like Autodesk enable users to collaborate within a familiar desktop interface in a secure environment."
