Egnyte's Architecture Engineering and Construction Customer Success Team Wins Bronze Stevie® Award in 2024 International Business Awards®
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., September 23, 2024 – Egnyte's Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) Customer Success Team was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Team of the Year category in The 21st Annual International Business Awards®.
Since 2021, Egnyte's AEC Customer Success team has achieved remarkable success, driving gross customer retention to approximately 97 percent at Q1 of 2024. The team's recent achievements include creating a specialized program to ensure AEC customers maximize the value of Egnyte's platform, developing personas, use cases, feature mapping, workshops, and training sessions tailored to the AEC industry, and launching the User Persona Workshop, which engages customer groups beyond IT to improve their experience with the platform. The team's efforts also resulted in a high multi-year contract rate, with approximately 70 percent of AEC-customer accounts on multi-year contracts.
